Frogs are amphibians known for their jumping ability, smooth skin, and life cycle that includes metamorphosis. They live in freshwater, forests, and wetlands and are found worldwide.
Frogs start as eggs, hatch into tadpoles, and later develop legs and lungs to become adults. They are carnivorous, feeding on insects, worms, and small animals.
